Booking & Availability
How far in advance should I book with you?

In Utah, wedding planning timelines can vary widely—from couples securing vendors more than two years in advance to others planning within just a few months. At Ben & Annie Flowers, we recommend booking our services as soon as you’ve set your wedding date to ensure availability and give us time to thoughtfully develop your floral vision. Early booking allows us to reserve your date and begin the creative process, including consultations, mood boards, and detailed quotes.

While we do our best to accommodate last-minute events depending on our schedule, securing your spot early is the best way to guarantee our availability. That said, we encourage you to reach out regardless of your timeline—we’re always happy to explore whether we can fit your event into our calendar and serve you with the care and attention your celebration deserves.

Are you available for my event date?
​
To find out if we’re available on your date, please fill out our consultation form, and we’ll get back to you within two business days with confirmation. At Ben & Annie Flowers, we work with as many clients as our team can accommodate each year, and thanks to our extensive and talented crew, we’re able to serve a large number of couples across Utah. We encourage you to reach out as soon as possible so we can check our calendar and begin the process of bringing your floral vision to life.

What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?
​
At Ben & Annie Flowers, we understand that plans can change, and we strive to be as flexible and supportive as possible. To reserve your event date, we require a non-refundable deposit. However, if you need to reschedule, that deposit can be transferred to a new date as long as the change is made at least four weeks prior to your original event date. This allows us to adjust our schedule and resources accordingly while still honoring your commitment.

If a cancellation or date change occurs within four weeks of the event, we require 80% of the total invoice to be paid. This covers the cost of floral products already ordered and the time our team has invested in planning and preparation. We kindly ask that any changes be communicated to us as early as possible so we can work with you to find the best solution. Our goal is always to support our clients while maintaining the integrity of our service and operations.

Do you require a deposit to reserve the date?
​
Yes, to secure your event date with Ben & Annie Flowers, we require a 25% non-refundable deposit. This payment officially reserves your spot on our calendar and allows us to begin the detailed planning and design process for your floral arrangements. Because we commit time and resources to each event from the moment of booking, this deposit is non-refundable. However, if you need to reschedule your event, the deposit can be transferred to a new date as long as the change is made at least four weeks prior to your original event date.
The remaining balance for your floral services is due four weeks before your event, ensuring everything is finalized and ready for your special day. We encourage you to reach out early to secure your date, especially during peak seasons, and we’re always happy to answer any questions you may have about the booking process.
Booking & Availability
Can you source specific florals that are requested?

Yes, at Ben & Annie Flowers, we can absolutely source specific flowers upon request. Thanks to our strong partnerships with multiple farms around the world, local wholesalers, and even our own peony farm, we have access to a vast and diverse selection of blooms year-round. This global and local network allows us to accommodate most floral requests with very few limitations.
That said, some flowers don’t ship well or may not be available outside of their natural growing season. In those cases, we’ll guide you toward similar alternatives that maintain the look and feel you’re envisioning, while ensuring quality and longevity. Our goal is always to honor your preferences while delivering florals that are fresh, beautiful, and suited to your event’s timing and location. If you have specific flowers in mind, we encourage you to mention them during your consultation so we can explore all available options.

Do you offer locally grown options?

Yes, Ben & Annie Flowers proudly offers locally grown floral options, with a strong commitment to supporting Utah’s vibrant flower farming community. We partner with a number of local growers to source fresh, seasonal blooms during the growing season, ensuring that our designs feature the best of what’s blooming close to home. Some of our favorite locally grown flowers include dahlias, cosmos, lisianthus, scabiosa, sunflowers, snapdragons, delphinium, zinnias, gomphrena, amaranthus, and sweet peas—each adding unique texture, color, and character to our arrangements.
One of the highlights of our local sourcing is our very own flower farm, Mountain Valley Peonies, where we grow stunning peonies that are featured in many of our designs. These blooms are a signature element of our work and reflect our dedication to quality and sustainability. While we also have access to a wide range of florals year-round through global partnerships, we love incorporating Utah-grown flowers whenever possible to bring a fresh, regional touch to your event. Can you recreate a design based on a photo?

What is your pricing structure - packages or a la carte?

Rather than fixed packages, we work primarily on an à la carte basis, allowing you to select the specific floral pieces and services that best suit your event and budget. This approach gives you the freedom to customize your floral plan—from bridal bouquets and centerpieces to large-scale installations and specialty arrangements—without being limited by preset packages.
During your consultation, we’ll create a personalized quote that includes a detailed floral recipe, individual item pricing, and a full breakdown of the pieces you’re interested in. This ensures transparency and allows you to see exactly how your budget is being allocated. This full-service option typically includes delivery of all floral pieces, professional setup by our team, and event-day floral management, such as transitioning arrangements and candles between ceremony and reception spaces.
Additionally, our team handles the removal of all floral rentals at the end of your event. This includes items like vases, compotes, urns, pillars, arches, and candles, ensuring that you don’t have to worry about cleanup or returns. Every quote we provide is customized to reflect the specific services and items you need, so you’ll have a clear understanding of what’s included in your pricing from the start. During your consultation, we’ll walk through all the details to make sure your floral experience is beautifully executed and perfectly aligned with your vision.

Do you offer payment plans or installments?

Yes, at Ben & Annie Flowers, we do offer payment plans to provide flexibility and ease during your planning process. Once you’ve paid the initial 25% non-refundable deposit to reserve your event date, you’re welcome to make additional payments in installments leading up to your event. This allows you to spread out the cost over time in a way that works best for your budget.

Please note that the final payment is due no later than four weeks prior to your event, as all floral products will have been ordered by that point. We’re happy to work with you to create a payment schedule that fits your needs, and we’re always available to answer any questions you may have about your invoice or payment options. Do you have a minimum floral budget requirement?

At Ben & Annie Flowers, we do not have a strict minimum floral budget requirement, which allows us to work with a wide range of events and client needs. However, for orders under $1,000, we apply an additional 25% charge to help cover the cost of sourcing high-quality floral products and materials for smaller-scale designs. This ensures that even more modest orders receive the same level of care, attention, and premium blooms that we’re known for.

Whether you're planning a large wedding or a more intimate gathering, we’re happy to work with you to create a floral plan that fits your vision and budget. Delivery & Setup
Do you delivery to my home and/or the venue?
​
Yes, Ben & Annie Flowers offers flexible and thoughtful delivery options tailored to the unique needs of your event. For bridal photo shoots scheduled on a different day than your wedding, we typically deliver your florals directly to your home before you leave for the shoot. These arrangements come carefully packaged and ready to be safely buckled into your vehicle, ensuring they arrive in perfect condition.
For LDS brides, we deliver wedding party florals directly to the temple at the time your ceremony begins, so everything is ready for your exit. To ensure a smooth handoff, we coordinate with a designated member of your bridal party who will be waiting in the temple’s waiting room or outside. We also personally deliver the bridal bouquet and groom’s boutonniere to the temple’s front desk, where staff place them appropriately for post-ceremony use.
For venue deliveries, we typically begin on-site installations as soon as the venue grants access. Our team works closely with you to understand your event timeline, ensuring that all florals are in place for key moments such as photos, ceremonies, dinners, and receptions. Whether it’s your home, temple, or venue, we’re committed to making sure your florals arrive on time and are beautifully presented.

Do you handle setup and take down for events?

Yes, Ben & Annie Flowers provides full-service setup and takedown for most of our events, ensuring a seamless and stress-free experience for our clients. Our team handles everything from on-site floral installation—such as arranging centerpieces, placing ceremony florals, and styling decorative elements like candles—to transitioning pieces throughout the event as needed. After your celebration, we return to the venue to remove all floral rentals, including vases, compotes, urns, pillars, arches, and candles, so you don’t have to worry about cleanup.
That said, we understand that every event is unique, and we’re happy to be flexible based on your specific needs. In cases where there are only a few floral pieces and they’re intended to go home with you or your guests, a full takedown service may not be necessary. We’ll work with you during the planning process to determine what level of service makes the most sense for your event, ensuring that everything is handled with care and efficiency.
